2026-2027 Book Club at Sand Springs Elementary for 4th, 5th, and 6th graders.
Parents need to register for book club in the office and sign a permission slip allowing your student to participate in a before school program. It will cost $10 per book club per student (one for each book). No younger siblings will be allowed.

Sand Springs Elementary is doing our school fundraiser this year with World's Finest Chocolate! The fundraiser will start tomorrow August 27th and runs through September 16th. Information should come home with your students today. Thanks for helping to support our school!

Tomorrow is the first day of school! We are excited to welcome back all of our students! First bell is at 8:50 AM and the late bell at 8:55 AM. Don't forget that Thursday and Friday this week are EARLY OUT at 1:30 PM.

Join Davis Reads 45 this summer! Students are challenged to read for 45 days, earning prizes every 5 days and a special end-of-summer event for those who complete the challenge. Pick up books during summer library hours. Families should check with their local elementary school for specific days and times. Regular summer reading helps prevent learning loss and supports continued academic growth. Contact your school or library to get started!

On Wednesday, May 20th there will be a Cultural Fiesta Parade at Sand Springs Elementary in the back area on the blacktop. Parents are invited to come and watch. It will begin at 9:15 AM and go until 10:00 AM. Students should wear their house shirts that day. It will be a fun and colorful event!
