Celebrating our own Jacque Bullock

Jacque grew up in Billings, Montana, and later met her husband while attending BYU–Idaho. They have now been happily married for 22 years and are the proud parents of four children—along with three dogs and a cat!

As a family, they enjoy spending time outdoors hiking and camping, as well as relaxing at home playing games together. Jacque has a love for gardening and enjoys planting around her yard—successfully keeping many of her plants thriving!

She is also musically talented and plays the oboe. In the kitchen, Jacque enjoys cooking and especially loves recreating favorite restaurant dishes at home. Still, when it’s time for an easy night out, Red Robin or Chili’s always hits the spot. Her go-to drinks are Dr Pepper or Diet Coke, and anything with milk chocolate and caramel is sure to make her smile.

Jacque loves to travel and has visited France, Italy, and Germany with her mom. They had such a wonderful experience that they are planning another trip together this summer to Italy and Greece. For her, the best part of traveling is making lasting memories with the people she loves.

In high school, Jacque stayed busy with a variety of jobs, including working at her dad’s veterinary hospital, making pizza, teaching swimming lessons, working at a café, and delivering newspapers.

She discovered her passion for teaching while working as a teacher’s assistant in a deaf classroom, an experience that inspired her career path.

We love Mrs. Bullock and feel so lucky to have her at Sand Springs Elementary!
