Educational concern forms are available for the 2026-2027 school year. Sand Springs does NOT take teacher requests. We do however, consider any parent educational concerns regarding their student. Print using the Educational Concern form link below. Please provide any pertinent information that should be used when deciding class placement for the 2026 – 2027 school year. Please fill out one form per child. All forms are due to the office at Sand Springs Elementary by April 10, 2026 by 1:30 PM for consideration.
