Sand Springs Elementary had a very special visitor recently—award-winning author and teacher librarian McCall Hoyle! Thanks to the hard work of our own librarian, Mrs. Brady, students in 4th through 6th grade had the exciting opportunity to hear from the author herself.
McCall Hoyle writes heartfelt stories for readers of all ages, often exploring the powerful bond between dogs and their humans. Her books not only entertain but also inspire hope and empathy. During her visit, she spoke about her journey as a writer, where she finds inspiration, and how her own dogs—whom she trains for agility and dock diving—help shape her stories.
We are so thankful to Mrs. Brady for organizing this memorable event and to McCall Hoyle for sharing her time, talent, and love of storytelling with us. You can learn more about her and her books at mccallhoyle.com
