Please take a minute to complete the survey about after school programs at Sand Springs. We want to provide programs that are of interest to the students.
On the survey, you will find some of the options we currently have available or are considering offering.. Select as many as you think your student would be interested in attending.
Please feel free to add something that is not on the list! It would be great to have some new programs available for the students.
Classes usually run for 6 sessions, 3 weeks, from 3:30 - 4:30 PM.
Once we have input from you, we will schedule our programs. They will be posted on the Sand Springs website and, if you provide your email here (not required), you will also be notified of upcoming events.
When you submit the form, it will not automatically collect your details like name and email address unless you provide it yourself.
